Founder Chad Dunn is a licensed Buyer’s Agent in Newcastle NSW with over 26 years’ experience providing affordable help to first time home buyers and property investors navigating the real estate market. Serving Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, Port Stephens and the Central Coast, Chad provides expert guidance, strategic advice and hands-on support to ensure buyers make confident, informed property decisions.

Chad is a devoted husband and father, fisherman and proud Novocastrian.

He is also the brains behind Buyer’s Agent Hotline.

Affordable Buyers Agent

After learning the ropes and establishing himself in property sales, Chad moved towards helping the buyers and acting in their best interests as a Buyer’s Agent. It was during his success in the specialist role that Chad came up with an innovative way to help more home buyers that was both convenient and affordable for first home buyers. A service for those who were going through the process themselves but wanted some advice and reassurance along the way; a Buyer’s Agent ‘lite’ version.

And so he created Buyer’s Agent Hotline, an on-call, affordable Buyer’s Agent service – the first of its kind.
