This service is for buyers who’ve already found their home and now need an expert to close the deal. A fully licensed Buyer’s Agent negotiates exclusively on your behalf, dealing directly with the sales agent so you don’t have to. No overpaying, no second-guessing, no dreading the phone call.

Pricing

$3,300 to start, $3,300 invoiced only once you’re unconditionally exchanged on a property. Up to three negotiations within a 12-week window, so if the first one falls through, you’ve got two more shots before paying another cent.

Properties must be located in NSW. Auctions are excluded, this covers private treaty negotiations only. Negotiations are conducted via phone and email; physical inspections aren’t included.
