What if I don't secure a property in the first negotiation?
You get up to three negotiations with your Negotiation Only Buyers Agent within your 12-week window at no extra cost. So you have more than one shot if the first one doesn’t work out.
Does this cover auctions?
No. This package is for private treaty (non-auction) negotiations only. If you’re planning to bid at auction, get in touch to talk through other options.

No, this package assumes you’ve already inspected and decided on the property. Your agent focuses purely on securing it at the right price and terms.
Do I have to pay if the negotiation doesn't lead to a purchase?
You pay $3,300 upfront to engage your agent. The second $3,300 is only invoiced once you’re unconditionally exchanged on a property so you’re not charged the full fee for an unsuccessful negotiation. You have 3 shots over 3 months to secure the right property for you.

Where does this service operate?
Properties must be located in NSW. Our team is based in Newcastle and covers the Hunter Valley, Port Stephens, Lake Macquarie and the Central Coast.
How quickly can my agent start negotiating?
Once you’ve signed up and given us the property and sales agent details, we’ll be in touch to confirm your strategy and can generally begin negotiating within a day or two.
Will I speak to the sales agent at all, or does my Buyer's Agent handle everything?
Your Negotiation Only Buyers Agent manages all contact with the sales agent by phone and email on your behalf. You won’t need to negotiate directly. You’ll be kept informed and asked to confirm decisions along the way.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
Just the property address, the sales agent’s contact details and your budget and priorities (price, settlement terms, conditions). Your agent will use this to build a negotiation strategy tailored to you.
What if I need more than negotiation help — like ongoing advice through the whole process?
